Debbie's Weekly "Food for Thought" 07/25/23 - Progress

Good morning everyone. 

 As we are already 2/3rds of the way through summer, it's time to check our progress! 

Are you on track with your goals? 
Is the summer running away with you? 

 When you think about your progress, who are the people in your life who are either supporting you or are getting in your way and have the wrong type of influence? 

We all are influenced by others in all areas of our life, and this week at our workshops we will be working on a "Recalibration of our social circles". 
 These social circles are not just limited to the actual people we connect with, it also includes who we read, listen to or watch, like TV shows, the news and social media posts & feeds. 

Have you ever felt sad or mad after a time on social media, or after watching the news? 
Believe it or not, these channels can really get in the way of our progress, and this month we are all about protecting that progress, so we can continue to move forward, achieve our goals and live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

This week we launched our new check-in system, and we are excited to try this out in real life at this week's workshops, and we need you to help us. 

Here is how you can help.
  1. RSVP for your workshop via Studio Finder 
  2. Check your Weight Settings on your WW app menu Go to your WW app > profile, then setting's, and go to your "Weight Settings", and check the following - a). is your start weight correct, and b). Is your goal weight correct too? If any are not complete you can then correct them or change them, as this will be where you and us will keep track of your milestone progress. 
  3. Lifetime Members, make sure your goal weight is in your app before you weigh in this month. 
  4. If you want to view the healthy weight range for you, then you can view this on your WW app, via Menu > Settings > Weight Setting > Goal Weight >, then tap on the actual goal weight entered and you will see your personal healthy weight range. 
 This will lead to a much easier weekly check-in and also some great features planned for later in the year too. We can't wait to see you all this week, and please try to arrive a little earlier so we don't have a bottleneck as the workshop starts, plus you get a longer period of time in the AC 👍
